Dive Booking Policy

1. Booking Process:
   • All dive bookings must be made in advance through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our reservation team via phone or email.
   • Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis.
   • A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy:
   • Cancellations made 1 day prior to the scheduled dive date are eligible for a full refund.
   • Cancellations made during the day of the scheduled dive date may result in a partial refund or credit towards a future booking, at our discretion.
   • No-shows or cancellations made on the day of the dive will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Rescheduling:
   • We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your dive, please notify us as soon as possible.
   • We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability.
4. Weather and Safety:
   • The safety of our guests is our top priority. In the event of inclement weather or unsafe diving conditions, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule dives.
   • If we cancel a dive due to weather or safety concerns, guests will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
5. Participant Requirements:
   • All participants must meet the minimum age and certification requirements for the dive excursion booked.
   • Participants may be required to complete a medical questionnaire and/or provide proof of diving certification prior to the dive.
   • It is the responsibility of the participant to disclose any medical conditions or concerns that may affect their ability to dive safely.
6. Equipment Rental:
   • Rental equipment, if needed, must be reserved in advance and is subject to availability.
   • Participants are responsible for the care and proper use of rented equipment during the dive.
7. Liability Waiver:
   • All participants will be required to sign a liability waiver before participating in any dive activities.
   • Parents or legal guardians must sign waivers for participants under the age of 18.
8. Group Bookings:
   • Special rates and accommodations may be available for group bookings. Please contact our reservation team for more information.
9. Environmental Responsibility:
   • We are committed to environmental conservation and responsible diving practices. Please respect marine life and habitats during your dive experience.
